Join me for a rejuvenating Yoga Hike in the Oakland Hills! Each hike takes you to a new location, offering scenic views and a dynamic adventure as we breathe in nature, with three yoga stops along the way. Mini yoga mats are provided, so you’ll need only a sturdy pair of shoes, water, sunscreen, and a hat.

This class combines the physical benefits of hiking with the grounding power of yoga, helping you cultivate mindfulness and presence. As we walk the trails, we’ll pause to move, flow, and meditate, connecting with our inner spirit and the beauty around us. The gentle pace of the hike allows for deep connection to the natural world, and each yoga stop is designed to bring awareness to your breath, your body, and the present moment.


This all-levels experience is perfect for those looking to blend movement, mindfulness, and fresh air.

Hi, I'm Laura! I am a full-time yoga teacher here in the Bay Area,
sharing movement, mindfulness, and breath with my community.
With over four years of teaching experience and advanced training under many renowned yogis, I specialize in Vinyasa, Yin,
and Sound Healing. My approach blends accessibility, strength,
mobility, and deep relaxation, allowing students
to move with intention and ease.

Beyond the studio, I love connecting with nature and practicing yoga
outdoors is the best of both my favorite worlds. Mindful movement under the trees, feeling the sun on our skin, syncing breath with the rhythm
of the earth create the perfect setting for grounding and renewal.
